Salary: $95,000–$105,000.

Role Summary

The Investment Analyst plays a key role in investment research, portfolio analysis, and risk management across retirement plans and private wealth portfolios. This position works closely with the CIO and investment committees and contributes directly to investment strategy and client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct portfolio and risk analysis for retirement plans and private wealth clients
  • Support the CIO with risk, compliance, finance, and audit reporting
  • Perform month-end valuations and performance calculations
  • Develop quantitative analytics for Pension and 401(k) Investment Committees
  • Manage analytics from third-party data providers (long-only & hedge fund portfolios)
  • Provide quantitative analysis for new investment ideas, including hedge funds
  • Analyze risk and performance across multiple asset classes
  • Maintain and enhance performance reporting tools and investment databases
  • Monitor capital markets and prepare investment commentary
  • Collaborate with advisors on client review materials and plan sponsor meetings
  • Support ERISA compliance and fiduciary best practices
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of investment research processes
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years experience in investment analysis or portfolio research
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Math, Accounting, Statistics (MBA a plus)
  • CFA designation or actively pursuing
  • Strong understanding of financial products and portfolio construction
