We are currently seeking an e-Billing Specialist to join our Office of the General Counsel Finance Team.
Responsibilities- Maintain all financial transactions captured in the e-billing system and ensure data integrity; ensure appropriate coding and matter identification for all financial transactions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for outside counsel billing inquiries
- Assist in‑house OGC Attorneys with any issues/questions regarding reviewing, approving, and adjusting billings
- Partner with the Accounts Payable to manage payments of invoices for OGC
- Review and interpret current and historical financial data
- Financial reporting on Practice Protection costs; assist with the bi‑annual matter projection process
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum three years of recent financial analyst or similar experience; preferably from a professional services firm
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including advanced Excel skills, and an AI technology mindset
- Experience with eBilling systems, matter management, and system administration
- Experience with financial data retrieval and reporting systems such as Hyperion Financial Management, SAP, and HANA
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
