• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic product roadmaps for enterprise search initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to surface business requirements and deliver effective search solutions
• Manage assigned governance, product management, and continuous improvement initiatives for search‑related products with minimal supervision
• Support search product upgrades, technical integrations, and seamless alignment with other KPMG digital platforms
• Engage with the internal search community to promote best practices, adoption, and ongoing improvement
• Contribute to agile team efforts within the One Intranet group, maintaining clear ownership of the product backlog and ensuring delivery of search‑related requirements
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

• Minimum seven years of recent experience in a large enterprise with an established track record of leading, identifying and addressing business requirements in all aspects of Product/Service design and delivery, and search services
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or seven years equivalent work experience in the field
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Azure and M365 services in a large Enterprise environment
• Good verbal/written communication (English), collaboration, facilitation, influencing, and negotiation skills required
