How You ll Make An Impact- Successfully and profitably manages an assigned group of accounts.
- In partnership with the Production team, leads the renewal process to deliver the best possible solution to the client in a high-quality and timely manner.
- Secures existing business and drives the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
- Owns audits, reviews, and claims processes for the assigned book of business.
- Analyzes data to draft client service plans, stewardship reports, and other meaningful reports tailored to client needs.
- Forecasts industry trends to anticipate changes in client strategies.
- Reviews carrier offerings and policies, communicates updates to the service team and clients, and cross-sells other lines of business.
- Facilitates and collaborates with the account team on renewal strategy.
- Creates complex risk-management strategies to attract and retain large client accounts.
- Partners with industry and carrier experts to deliver strategy and solution options to clients and the broader agency.
Required: Bachelor s degree with 5+ years of client service and/or claims management experience OR a High School degree/GED with 10+ years of client service and/or claims management experience. 1+ years of supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen.

Compensation And BenefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. Actual compensation will be influenced by factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, geography, complexity, skill set, lines of business, supply/demand, and hours.
