We’re a proud affiliate of National Health Care Associates and a Certified Great Place to Work and US News & World Report Best for Short-Term Rehab. You will play a vital role in supporting our dietary team and ensuring efficient day‑to‑day operations.
What You’ll Do- Provide administrative support to the dietary department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and inputting information into dietary software. Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and special events, including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing RSVPs.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Print and organize menus.
- Daily tasks as assigned by dietary supervisors and the department head.
- Prepare and distribute communications to internal staff and external partners.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Full‑time;
Saturday through Wednesday (off Thursday & Friday); 7:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.

USD $20.00 – $25.00 per hour.
What You’ll Bring- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
