Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager
- Oversee select accounting staff, assign work, and review output.
- Train staff and provide technical guidance per accounting standards.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports.
- Assist with cost analysis, audits, and job cost summaries.
- Maintain accounting records and enter journal entries.
- Process payroll, tax reports, and maintain employee records.
- Review purchase orders, vendor invoices, and ensure timely payments.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash receipts tracking.
- Oversee fixed asset depreciation and financial processes.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting
- cost/general accounting in manufacturing.
- Deltek Costpoint experience
