About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in managing the month-end close process, preparing accurate financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with departments across the organization and contribute to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and providing necessary documentation.
• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Maintain fixed asset records and ensure proper depreciation methods.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely resolution of accounting issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and/or corporate accounting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite, Oracle, SAP) a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
