A luxury destination spa is recruiting a Commis Chef to join its professional kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commis Chef looking to learn and develop within a high-quality, fresh-food environment.

The Commis Chef will support senior chefs with food preparation, basic cooking tasks, and maintaining kitchen standards. This role is ideal for a motivated Commis Chef with a strong desire to learn and progress in the hospitality industry.

• Assist with food preparation, including meats, vegetables, and fruit
• Prepare basic salads and sauces as directed
• Receive and check deliveries
• Maintain stock levels and rotate food correctly
• Keep work areas clean and sanitised
• Assist with plating and presentation

• Keen attitude and willingness to learn
• Passion for food and hospitality
• NVQs or equivalent qualifications an advantage
