We’re looking for a dynamic, hands‑on leader to head our bar at Ragdale Hall Spa

• Lead with confidence to deliver a calm, sophisticated bar service that complements our luxury spa atmosphere.
• Design and innovate cocktail menus that enhance guests’ experiences.
• Control stock and ordering to minimise wastage and maximise profitability.
• Inspire and mentor your team, creating a culture of excellence and enthusiasm.
• Drive upselling naturally through expert product knowledge and genuine passion.
• Keep everything flawless, from EPOS accuracy to presentation, allergens, and drink quality.
• Be the problem‑solver guests remember, handling queries with warmth and professionalism.
• Collaborate seamlessly with front of house, kitchen and other teams to ensure every service runs like clockwork.
• Champion safety and hygiene while bringing fresh ideas to events and promotions.

• 39 hours per week on a rota basis – 5 days out of 7 between 3:00 pm and midnight.
