Key Responsibilities :
Deliver innovative, commercially viable packaging solutions for all NPD and EPD projects through effective cross‑functional collaboration. Act as the technical packaging expert, providing guidance and support to project teams across both sites. Drive continuous improvement focused on sustainability, consumer experience and operational performance. Manage and validate packaging through trials, testing and production runs, ensuring robust performance and on‑time project delivery.

Build strong relationships with internal teams, external suppliers and customers, while managing timelines, artwork approvals and packaging deliverables.

Experience with in FMCG is ideal, but we also welcome applicants from other industries. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills, able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects. Confident IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases) and a proactive, self‑starting mindset. A driving licence is required.
