Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (Nights) | Food Manufacturing | Leicestershire

As a key member of the night shift engineering team, you'll be responsible for keeping production running smoothly and efficiently in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

• Reactive and planned maintenance on a wide range of production and packaging machinery
• Fault‑finding across electrical and mechanical systems
• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with food manufacturing standards

• Proven experience as a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (FMCG / food manufacturing ideal but not essential)
• Strong electrical or mechanical fault‑finding skills
• Recognised engineering qualifications
• Comfortable working a permanent night shift
• A proactive, team‑focused mindset
