Live-in Carer – From £800 per week – Rutland (Oakham & surrounding villages)

Full-time, Permanent

Home Straight is looking for Live-in Carers to support people in Rutland who want to stay safe and comfortable  you enjoy helping others and want a role where your care truly matters, this could be the perfect job for you!

• Helping with personal care like bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers
• Preparing meals and helping with eating if needed
• Administering and managing medication
• Spending time with clients, keeping them company, and encouraging activities
• Keeping the home clean and safe with light housekeeping
• Noting any changes in your client's health and sharing these with your manager

You’ll have your own private space in the home and time off at agreed intervals.

• You care about people and enjoy making a difference
• You have at least 12 months' Live-in care experience
• You communicate well with clients, families, and colleagues
• You can assist with lifting and mobility support
• You are reliable, organised, and flexible
• You have the right to work in the UK
