Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in Rotherham to work on a long-term or short-term basis starting as soon as possible.
You’ll be joining an inclusive school, 3-form entry based in the heart of Rotherham.
This is an exciting role for a new or experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!
What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:- Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students
- Delivering catch-up sessions
- Supporting pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
- Working with the class teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate
Qualifications:
- Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting
- Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
- Holds a Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, Etc.) or relevant experience
- Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
