Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Melrose, MA for a Lead Preschool Teacher. The Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, developing a comprehensive curriculum, and ensuring each child’s developmental needs are met. The role involves fostering a nurturing and educational environment aligned with early childhood education principles. The teacher will also lead classroom activities, assess student progress, and collaborate with families to support children’s growth and learning.
Qualifications- Fluency is Spanish
- Proficiency in English
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with children, families, and colleagues
- Experience working with Toddler and Preschool-age children
