Finishes Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman to lead the finishes stage of a multi-storey project through to completion.

This is a key site leadership role responsible for coordinating and driving all finishes trades to ensure programme, quality and safety outcomes are achieved.

Reporting to the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will:

• Lead and coordinate all finishes trades across the project
• Drive programme adherence and sequencing to meet critical milestones
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and presentation
• Manage subcontractor performance, productivity and accountability
• Identify and resolve defects and delivery risks proactively
• Ensure safety and compliance standards are upheld at all times

You will be hands‑on, structured and confident reading drawings, managing detail and maintaining momentum through the final stages of delivery.

You will demonstrate:

• Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on multi‑storey residential or commercial projects
• Strong trade coordination capability and attention to detail
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors concurrently
• Ability to drive programme without compromising safety or quality
• Clear communication skills and leadership presence on site

• Construction White Card
• Driver Licence
• First Aid and CPR

Experience with Procore, Hammer Tech, Jobpac and Microsoft Office Suite will be highly regarded.
