, is seeking an experienced and skilled Diesel Technician ready to advance into a Lead Diesel Technician role. Pay Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually, negotiable based on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Reports To: Fleet Maintenance Manager
Pay Frequency: Weekly pay via Direct Deposit

Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on diesel vehicles, including engines, transmissions, steering, and brake systems
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and conduct failure analysis using precision tools (micrometers, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment)
Lead and manage the daily workflow of shop mechanics, serving as the senior/lead technician
Ensure compliance with DOT, EPA, ICC, and OSHA regulations
Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and repair times
Conduct safety inspections and preventive maintenance
Assist with roadside service calls and breakdowns as needed
Mentor and support technicians, promoting teamwork and efficiency
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
1-3 years of diesel mechanic experience
ASE Diesel Certification (preferred)
Valid CDL Class B license (preferred)
Advanced knowledge of diesel engines, systems, and diagnostic equipment
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
High attention to detail and proficiency with repair tools
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
Required to provide own standard mechanic tools necessary for diesel repair
