- Ensure consistent execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
- Schedule vehicle repair appointments using the Daily Demand Capacity Planner, CCC One scheduler, and proper scripting.
- Retrieve insurance assignments promptly and obtain necessary repair authorization documentation.
- Prepare the repair order (RO) work packet, including QC checklist, work order, parts list, and windshield tag (indicating R, , G).
- Record all customer and insurance communications in CCC One, selecting the appropriate communication type.
- Confirm car rental information and update CCC One with rental car usage details.
- Manage ARMS (Automated Rental Management System) throughout the day to ensure all vehicles in ARMS are noted in CCC One.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum: 1 year experience in a similar role such as an administrative assistant.
- Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment with prior customer service experience.
- Excellent multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Proficiency with general office equipment and basic computer skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with a sales drive and exceptional customer service orientation.
- Valid driver’s license.

CompensationHourly rate: $17.00 – $20.00+ per hour.
