Our 21 bed medical surgical unit specializes in orthopedics and post surgical patients. Our RNs provide care to patients in various stages of life from young adulthood to geriatrics. Working in a community hospital offers more autonomy and a greater voice to advocate for patients. We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) dedicated to providing exceptional care. • Provide direct nursing care to patients on a 21-bed medical-surgical unit specializing in orthopedics and postoperative care.
• Support patients across the lifespan from young adulthood to geriatrics with holistic care.
• Demonstrate patient advocacy and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
• Engage in opportunities to manage a wide range of diagnoses and advance nursing skills.

• A Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing is required; BSN or ADN accepted.
• BLS provider (American Heart Association) required prior to hire.
• Illinois Board of Nursing license prior to hire.
• 1 year of experience preferred; new graduates welcome.

BSN Pay Range: $34.76 - $57.06 per hour
ADN Pay Range: $32.31 - $50.71 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range and may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
