Responsibilities
- Performs assigned tasks and escalates issues during high-volume work activity or escalation-based situations
- Leverages process knowledge and best judgment to complete next task without direct supervision
- Coordinates, prepares, and executes incoming/outgoing deliveries (e.g., purchase order [PO] receiving, Rack Movement Supervisor [RMS] activities)
- Ensures complete and detailed physical inventory tracking and staging
- Performs inventory cycle audits, data corrections, and various Data Center regulatory compliance or certification control audit activity
- Performs material movement, including shipping/receiving and inventory management per standard process
- Ensures detailed physical inventory tracking and staging
- Performs destruction of data bearing devices (DBD) following all documented procedures and runbooks
- Monitors the system for equipment failure or errors in performance
- Responds to program error messages by finding and correcting problems or terminating the program
- Helps programmers and systems analysts test and debug new programs
- Operates spreadsheet programs and other types of software to load and manipulate data and to produce reports
- High School diploma and 3+ years of experience warehouse/supply chain in an information technology (IT) environment, inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or data center
- Associate's degree in Computer Programming or equivalent training required
- 2-4 years of experience in IT hardware inventory or data center
- Previous experience working in a data center environment
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
