Maintenance Administrator

Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for the Maintenance Department. Coordinate the documentation activities for incident reports, preventive maintenance, change controls, daily log sheets, budget and training records. This position is part-time and hourly.

• Administers the Work Order System and logs all relevant information into the database
• Maintains the Preventive Maintenance module and update PM SOPs are required
• Administers the PMs for each month and circulate the completed form for approval
• Responsible for Change Control process for maintenance related systems: write change controls and logging out a number, circulate for pre- and post-approval and finalize
• Maintains the miscellaneous department records (PMWO and MWO), daily log sheets and training records
• Follow up on outstanding paperwork completing
• Participate as directed in the planning and organization of resources for maintenance activities, including the compilation of completed records for shutdown documentation
• Organizes and maintains the Maintenance drawings and equipment history files
• Maintains the utility spreadsheets by entering usage data from billing reports
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum high school diploma
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or plant maintenance activities
• Highly motivated and independent individual
• Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Superior organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary

• Expected pay range per hour: $30-$40 USD
