About the RoleAs a Multiskilled Plumber, you will deliver top‑quality bathroom refurbishments and essential repairs across our housing stock, blending plumbing expertise with skills in tiling, flooring, patch plastering, and decorating. You thrive on variety, take pride in craftsmanship, and make a real difference in customers’ homes.
What you’ll do:- Deliver works to a high standard in accordance with your trade training, experience and industry best practice.
- Ensure the satisfaction of the customer by having a fixed first‑time approach to all jobs.
- Carry out work as per the Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- Assist the Contract manager / supervisors to ensure the working environment is safe and compliant with Health & Safety policies and legislation.
- Ensure strict compliance with legislative requirements.
- Customer Driven – You put our customers first, ensuring every refurbishment or repair is completed to a high standard and every interaction leaves them feeling valued.
- Accountability – You take ownership of your work, meeting deadlines and delivering a reliable, professional service every time.
- Develop & Learn – You’re committed to expanding your expertise across plumbing and related trades, embracing new techniques and staying ahead with industry best practices.
- Champion Communication – You keep customers and colleagues informed every step of the way, ensuring clarity, trust, and smooth project delivery.
- City in Guilds/ NVQ level 2 in plumbing or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Experience in other associated trades e.g. carpentry, patch plastering, flooring, tiling and decorating.
- Experience of working in social housing or domestic properties.
- Experience working in occupied homes.
- A full, valid UK driving licence.
