This is a 4-bed Children’s Residential Home supporting young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). The home offers a structured, therapeutic environment focused on stability, safeguarding, and positive outcomes for young people.

We’re seeking a confident and experienced Registered Manager who can lead from the front and deliver high‑quality, compliant care.

• ✨ A passionate and resilient leader with strong safeguarding knowledge
• ✨ Experienced in managing or deputising within an Ofsted-registered children’s home
• ✨ Committed to trauma‑informed and therapeutic approaches
• ✨ Skilled at developing, motivating, and retaining a high‑performing staff team
• ✨ Confident with Ofsted inspections, compliance, and quality standards

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within an Ofsted-registered Children’s Home
• Level 3 Children & Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent)
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People) – achieved, enrolled, or willing to work towards
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, legislation, and regulatory frameworks
