Salary: £60,000 per annum + £12,000 Joining Bonus
Working Hour: 37.5 hours per week
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs – EBD, SEMH, Trauma, CSE, CCE
Qualifications
Required:
NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young People’s Workforce
QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Children’s Services (or willing to undertake)
Experience in Years

Extensive experience in children’s residential care management

A Registered Manager who can:
Manage a warm, safe, and supportive home environment
Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and deliver high-quality care
Lead, motivate, and support a dedicated team
Manage budgets, resources, and the home environment
Safeguard young people and liaise with professionals to achieve positive outcomes
Drive continuous improvement and ensure the home's statement of purpose is fulfilled
You must have:
Full UK Driving Licence
Extensive leadership and management experience in children’s residential care
Strong understanding of legislation and safeguarding procedures
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Commitment to providing a nurturing and empowering environment
Established provider in children’s residential care
Supportive senior management team
Focus on staff development, wellbeing, and professional progression
Opportunities to grow into senior leadership roles within the organisation
