Sales and Marketing Team Leader - Entry Level

Premiere Coastal Solutions is an in-store promotional sales company! We thrive on the leadership, teamwork, and amazing ability of our one of a kind team! PCS works hand in hand with some of the biggest retailers in the world. We offer customers a unique shopping experience that can not only help educate the customer but also give each customer the right information to help make the best decision for them or their family.

These campaigns occur in-store, and dramatically increase sales for our client’s products and services.

Due to our recent expansion, we are currently looking for a sales and marketing team lead.

This position will start off entry level with provided training to prepare for the leadership role. This training system will be merit based and progress at the candidate’s own pace. We will require the training to ensure any leaders in our company fully understand how our business functions and the ins and outs of our campaigns before training and leading others.

• Acquisition of new accounts
• Retention of existing accounts
• Responsible for organizing marketing plans so as to attain sales target set by the organization.
• Encouraging personnel to enhance personal and team targets
• Work closely with management and human resources unit
• Offer motivation and training of internal sales personnel on how to attain business sales objectives
• Assist team managers to intensify sales via training on sales methods
