Roofing Service Sales Representative

Centi Mark Corporation — Roofing Service Sales Representative (Full‑time, Greater Sanford area)

Year‑end compensation (Base + Commission) for this position is between $75k - $100k.

• Work with existing customers and also on opportunities generated through our National Accounts division
• Market your efforts through prospecting, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and sell commercial/industrial roofing projects
• Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports to management
• Visit client’s facility, build business relationships and present information about Centi Mark Corporation

• Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required
• Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is preferred
• Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred
• Experience in growing market share
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem‑solve
• Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential
• Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
• Excellent time management and follow‑up skills
