• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Target earnings of $68.8K+, unlock your earning potential with uncapped commission
• Paid training and onboarding (Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM for your first two weeks)

• Owning your territory – walk 3–5 miles daily connecting with homeowners
• Knocking doors and closing deals – work in the field from 2 PM to 7 PM
• Representing Clearwave Fiber with confidence, energy, and integrity
• Educating customers about our ultra-fast fiber internet and helping them make informed decisions
• Supporting local growth – participate in community events and weekend outreach (one Saturday per month)

• A self‑starter mindset – you’re motivated and proactive
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you’re confident, approachable, and a natural connector
• Physical stamina – this is an active role, often outdoors
• Comfort with mobile tech tools (must have a mobile phone with access to apps for selling in the field)
• Reliable transportation to get to and around your territory
• Must be 18 or older
• No prior sales experience required – we’ll train the right people
