Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role based in Melbourne, FL. The Assistant Manager will support the daily operations of the retail store, lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, and align with the company's core values. Key responsibilities include overseeing team performance, ensuring operational excellence, managing merchandising and inventory, and creating a collaborative team culture. The Assistant Manager will also play a key role in community engagement initiatives and driving store success.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and motivating teams.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to create meaningful customer engagements.
  • Ability to multitask effectively, solve problems, and drive results in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Proficiency in using retail management software and technology tools is a plus.
  • Passion for fashion, a customer-centric mindset, and enthusiasm for giving back to the community.
  • Previous retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
