Target - Up to $36.15/hour - - Responsibilities:
Lead a team of hourly team members; including interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating and retaining talent;
Plan and execute daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement, including merchandising, pricing, changes to displays, sampling and promotions;
Maintain a fresh, full and food safe area with strong inventory management and adherence to Food Safety policies;
Ensure product is available for guests by placing store-initiated orders with vendors (where applicable) and maintain brand standards;
Support hiring and onboarding of new team members; participate in team hiring processes
