Retail Sales Associate (part‑time) at Harbor Freight Tools

As a part‑time Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be a valued member of a high‑performing team, empowered and equipped to do your job. Your work matters and you’ll take pride in what you do. The anticipated rate for this position is $16.25 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. Associates (and their families) are eligible for a limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance and short‑term disability.

Eligible associates can enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan and accrue up to 152 hours of paid time off per year (PTO, floating holidays, paid holidays). Paid sick time is up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law. Schedules are respectful, operating from 6 am to 10 pm.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Adherence to attendance policy is necessary.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
