AE - Merchandise Leader; Part-Time

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store is always aligned with AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and ensuring the store is consistently "guest ready" through effective replenishment. You possess a keen attention to detail, are passionate about visual standards, and enjoy collaborating with your team to #getthejobdone.

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• 
  Floorsets are your expertise! Drive flawless Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas meet Floorset standards—from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
• You're an innovative merchandiser: Maintain your store's appearance by managing day-to-day merchandising, adjusting for sell-through, and replenishing stock. Be alert to merchandising opportunities and ready to strategize with leadership and take action.
• Teamwork is key: Support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to uphold AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, keeping your store #fresh!
• People-oriented: Prioritize the guest experience as the main focus of the merchandising team. Foster a culture of recognition and celebrate team successes.
• Integrity: Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Commit to shrink-reducing strategies and strictly adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
