What You’ll Do
- Execute fine-dining menu items with precision and consistency
- Work various stations including sauté, grill, garde manger, and banquets
- Assist with scratch cooking, stocks, sauces, and prep
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and mise en place
- Uphold food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with chefs in a disciplined, team-oriented kitchen
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Line cook experience in fine dining, upscale, or high-end kitchens preferred
- Strong knife skills and understanding of classic techniques
- Attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Calm, focused performance during service
- Culinary education a plus, but not required
