As a Server at Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza
, your primary responsibility is ensuring every guest receives an extraordinary dining experience
. You are expected to consistently follow Mister O1 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for welcoming and greeting guests, assisting with seating, answering menu questions, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
You should always be ready, attentive, and committed to delivering a Mister O1 EXTRAORDINARY experience to every guest.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities- Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza.
- Monitor and observe guests’ dining experiences to ensure satisfaction with food and service; respond promptly and courteously to resolve any issues.
- Greet guests, escort them to tables, and thank them for their visit.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system or communicate them to kitchen staff.
- Work in the team environment and tip pool system.
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Inform guests of menu changes and make genuine recommendations.
- Explain menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Prepare hot, cold, and mixed drinks; chill and serve wine appropriately.
- Describe and recommend wine selections and pour wine for guests using proper glassware.
- Check guest identification to verify legal age for alcohol consumption.
- Collect payments and process transactions accurately.
- Clean and reset tables after guests have finished dining.
- Roll silverware and set up dining areas, food stations, or service stations for upcoming shifts or large parties.
- Stock service areas with necessary supplies (coffee, food, tableware, linens, condiments, napkins).
- Refill salt, pepper, sugar, and condiment containers as needed.
- Remove used dishes and glassware and transport them to the kitchen for cleaning.
- Assist cashier duties as needed, including answering phones and taking to-go orders.
- Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, tidying server stations, taking out trash, and checking/restocking restrooms.
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offer suggestions for improvement.
- Coordinate and communicate with fellow team members to ensure efficient operations and excellent guest service.
- Fill in for fellow employees when necessary to maintain service standards and operational efficiency.
- Cash registers, Credit card processing machines.
- Point-of-sale (POS) terminals and workstations.
- POS receipt printers.
- Touchscreen monitors.
- POS software systems.

Education and/or Experience- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum of 2 year of serving experience.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Standing and/or walking approximately 95% of the time.
- Ability to talk, hear, and use both hands.
- Ability to taste and smell.
- Occasionally required to reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Required vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment.
