Job Description
The Housekeeper @ The Fountains of Melbourne keeps the community in a clean and sanitary condition, providing a healthy environment that contributes to the care and welfare of residents and guests. Delivers exemplary customer service with attention to detail and promoting a warm, secure and friendly environment.
This is a part-time position with a base of 5 hours per week. You'll also have the opportunity to pick up additional hours as needed, on a flexible, on-call basis.
What will I do every day?
* Clean assigned apartments, community rooms and more
* Carry linens, towels and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts
* Change bed linens
* Assist with resident and community laundry as directed
* As well as perform other related duties as required
What will I need to be successful in this role?
* High school graduate preferred
* Six months to one year of housekeeping experience
* Experience working in a senior environment preferred :
* Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
