Deltek Costpoint Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

Alluvionic is seeking an experienced Project Manager to consult on Deltek Costpoint implementations for a variety of clients. The successful candidate will leverage interpersonal skills, risk management, and organizational change management to successfully lead ERP implementations.

• Produce the schedules of work that reflect and track the delivery of products
• Monitor the technical, cost and schedule performance of the project
• Lead resource planning and management efforts and resolve issues that impede thetesteffort
• Coordinate with cross discipline team members to make sure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are being met
• Monitor testing activities to ensure design and functionality requirements are consistently achieved
• Use cost and risk assessment tools and procedures to assess project health
• Troubleshoot issues associated with complex systems or with development and design projects
• Lead various project status, planning, and review meetings

• ERP Implementation experience with IBM Cognos, Deltek Costpoint, Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, or Unanet.
• PMP Certification
• Bachelor’s degree required in technical or business management related field
• Familiar with ADKAR Change Management Model
• Ability to utilize Project Management disciplines to estimate, coordinate and deliver committed project deliverables
• MS Office:
  Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Project and Project Server
