About

the Role

The Value Stream Manager is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing a hybrid team composed of Project Managers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters. This role ensures alignment across disciplines to execute high-impact initiatives that deliver value to the business. As a cross‑functional leader within the Value Management Office (VMO), the Project Delivery Manager will coordinate execution strategies, build team capabilities, and ensure the efficient and timely delivery of initiatives aligned with enterprise goals.

What

You’ll Do
  • Lead and manage a blended team of Project Managers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters in delivering strategic business and technology initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Agile delivery practices across product ownership and project execution.
  • Facilitate cross‑team collaboration, aligning priorities, roadmaps, and timelines with enterprise objectives.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations and remove barriers to ensure effective delivery across multiple programs and projects.
  • Support planning activities including capacity planning, sprint planning, roadmap development, and change control.
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate initiative success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, transparency, and accountability within the Agile delivery function.
  • Mentor team leads and provide guidance to ensure effective stakeholder communication and delivery coordination.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and lead learning sessions to evolve delivery effectiveness across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
  • A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field is required.
  • 6+ years of experience in Agile environments, including work in project management, product ownership, or Scrum leadership roles.
  • 3+ years in a formal leadership position managing cross‑functional Agile delivery teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile principles (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and traditional project management best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead hybrid teams and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills with a proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience managing schedules, budgets, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies for complex, multi‑team programs.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or PMI-ACP are preferred.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Wrike, JIRA, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite.
