Volk Law Offices, P.A., a respected Melbourne-based firm, is looking for a Land Use Attorney to help shape the future of our growing community. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys working with local businesses, developers, and government agencies on meaningful land use and real estate projects.
What you’ll do- Advise and represent clients on zoning, planning, and development matters.
- Appear before local boards and agencies.
- Draft and review real estate and development documents.
- Work alongside a supportive, experienced legal team that values collaboration and community impact.
- Florida Bar membership in good standing.
- 5+ years of experience in land use, zoning, or real estate law.
- Strong communication skills and a community-focused mindset.
