Senior Enterprise Capture & BD Lead

A leading defense technology company is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to oversee capture analyses across the enterprise. This role involves guiding the company’s positioning for success in competitive environments by coordinating the capture process, conducting assessments, and ensuring documentation of lessons learned. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of relevant experience in the Aerospace & Defense sector, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong technical background.

A Bachelor’s degree is required, and a Master’s is preferred. This position involves frequent travel and requires an active Top Secret clearance.
