Housekeeping and Laundry Manager Needed! Come Join our Skilled Nursing Facility
Avante at Melbourne is seeking a Housekeeping and Laundry Manager to oversee, direct, plan, staff and coordinate the daily operations of the Housekeeping/Laundry department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing the facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator.

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Requires a High School Diploma and ability to follow oral and written directions
- Two years of housekeeping/laundry experience in healthcare operation with previous supervisory experience needed
- Must speak and understand English
- Training in environmental control and operation of laundry equipment practices and procedures
- Positive attitude toward the elderly
- High School Diploma required
- Two years of housekeeping/laundry experience in healthcare operation with previous supervisory experience.
This position requires background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
