• Set up equipment and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate closely with therapists, nurses, and the healthcare team to support patient care.
• Support therapists’ daily patient care and therapy activities.
• Facilitate effective communication with patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain patient safety and deliver patient‑centered treatment.
• Prepare and transport patients according to the patient schedule.
• Communicate therapist observations and outcomes of patient care activities.

• License/Certification: CPR certification preferred (unless hospital policy requires otherwise).
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Has completed elements required for clinic all‑ladder Rehab Tech I or equivalent training in school or on‑the‑job training.
