Clinic Manager

As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the medical clinic to ensure efficiency, compliance, and exceptional patient care. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling and financial performance, and collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver high‑quality service and maintain regulatory standards. The target is to ensure smooth clinic operations, high patient satisfaction, and consistent organizational improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with health regulations
  • Manage clinic staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures to improve patient care and clinic performance
  • Oversee patient flow and scheduling to maximize clinic efficiency
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and collections
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and service delivery
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and care outcomes
  • Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and regulatory changes

Skills

  • Proven experience in medical office or clinic management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations, billing, and compliance standards
  • Ability to lead a team and foster a positive work environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA and quality assurance standards
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
