As the Express Service Associate at our Baytree Headquarters
, you will promote SCCU’s financial products by converting inbound and outbound member calls into successful sales, providing exceptional service, delivering accurate product information, addressing inquiries, and guiding members to the most suitable solutions.

• Handle outgoing and incoming member phone calls, conduct loan interviews, assess member needs, and cross-sell other SCCU products and services. Provide fast, friendly, effective service to the members.
• Open new memberships and look for opportunities to add-on deposit products for existing members to ensure the retention and profitability of members.
• Analyze loan applications, credit bureau reports and member account data to match the member to the appropriate product or service and maximize loan and add-on.
• Enter the loan or new account application in the loan origination system in accordance with required data entry procedures to meet established quality standards. Monitor pipeline to follow up on pending applications, collect required documentation, and keep members informed throughout the loan/account process.
• Meet established productivity standards to ensure efficiency.
• Participate in regular product, system, and compliance training to maintain knowledge of changes in policies, procedures, and product offerings.

• Minimum 1 to 3 years prior experience in sales and customer service or consumer loan processing/interviewing. Telephone sales preferred.
• High School plus additional coursework gained through attendance at vocational, technical or business school or equivalent experience.

• Starting Salary: $24.74 - $26.20/hour or $51,450 - $54,505/year plus monthly commission
• Bonus Opportunity:
  Eligible for ONE SCCU Annual Bonus.

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m.
  
  - 7:00 p.m.
• Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 a.m.
  
  - 3:00 p.m.
