Network Engineer; Fortinet

We’re hiring a Senior Network Engineer with deep Fortinet (Forti Gate) experience who is hands‑on and can lead real infrastructure projects. We’re looking for a builder, problem‑solver, and technical decision‑maker. This role will lead a large‑scale network switch replacement project, along with ongoing network engineering, optimization, and security initiatives.

• Lead and execute on‑site network engineering projects (design, implementation, cutover, documentation)
• Own routing, switching, firewall, and network security operations
• Architect and manage Fortinet environments using:
• Forti Analyzer (log analysis, threat detection, reporting, automated responses)
• Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, network diagrams, and standards
• Troubleshoot complex network issues across LAN, WAN, and security layers
• Make decisions, implement solutions, and improve systems long‑term

• 5+ years of hands‑on network engineering experience (project‑driven, not support‑only)
• Strong experience with Fortinet / Forti Gate / FortiOS
• Proven success leading major network infrastructure projects
• Deep knowledge of:
• Switching & routing (VLANs, STP, OSPF/BGP preferred)
• Firewalls & network security
• Network monitoring, logging, and automation
• Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes end‑to‑end
