Position Overview
As a Client Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients by coordinating transportation and language services for patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong people skills, have attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate transportation and language services for patients within the workers' compensation industry.
- Ensure that all client needs are met efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and patient details.
- Communicate effectively with clients, patients, and service providers.
- Resolve any service-related issues quickly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
- Strong people skills and customer service experience.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the workers' compensation or medical industry is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Monday-Friday with two available shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
- Benefit participation is available after 90 days of successful employment.
