Overview

Senior Helpers of Melbourne is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator to support our growing home care agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly while supporting both clinical leadership and caregivers.

Schedule

Part-time

In-office on Tuesdays and Fridays. Occasional evening on-call shifts as needed.

Position Overview

The Office Administrator will work closely with the Director of Nursing and leadership team to support client onboarding, caregiver coordination, and daily administrative operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage internal onboarding of new clients
  • Communicate with physicians’ offices, hospitals, and related healthcare providers
  • Prepare, send, and track documents using Docu Sign
  • Maintain and update client and caregiver records within Well Sky (experience required)
  • Monitor and track caregiver training attendance and compliance
  • Assist with scheduling support and administrative follow-up
  • Provide after-hours on-call support in the evenings as needed
  • Support general office operations, reporting, and special projects
  • Work with the scheduling team
Required Skills & Experience
  • Prior Experience With Well Sky Is Required
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Comfortable with document management, data entry, and compliance tracking
  • Professional phone and email communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently
  • Healthcare, Home Care, Or Administrative Experience Preferred
