Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to support both vendor and customer master data. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys improving processes and ensuring compliance in a fast-paced environment. Experience from a shared service entity is a plus.

• Maintain and update vendor and customer master data in SAP
• Review and process travel and expense reports through Concur
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support accurate records and policy compliance
• Monitor expense submissions for accuracy, duplicates, and policy adherence
• Assist with audits and contribute to process improvement initiatives

• AA in Accounting or higher
• 4+ years of Accounts Payable or Finance operations experience
• Hands-on experience with SAP, ERP, or Concur
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational ability
• Effective communicator who can work both independently and collaboratively
• Advanced Excel experience
