What You’ll DoIn this pivotal role you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our production facility, ensuring efficiency, quality and safety at every step. You’ll lead a team of supervisors and operators, drive continuous improvement and collaborate closely with manufacturing and planning teams to deliver on production schedules.
- Oversee and optimise all manufacturing operations to meet production targets.
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Manage and mentor production supervisors and team members.
- Collaborate with planning and operations teams to execute production schedules.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Take ownership of inventory management and stock control processes.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar production or manufacturing role (chemical industry experience highly regarded).
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with SAP and inventory management systems.
- A proactive, safety‑first mindset and attention to detail.
