PERSOL is partnering with a well-established company to hire a Lead Electrical & Instrumentation Project Engineer to lead large-scale industrial projects. This role is perfect for someone passionate about technical leadership, problem-solving, and high-impact delivery.

• Drive the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems for industrial projects.
• Plan, budget, and deliver projects on time, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate all project activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, specifications, drawings, and reports.
• Offer technical support and innovative solutions during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and industry standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 10 years' experience in electrical or instrumentation roles across chemicals, manufacturing, or resources industries.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects from start to finish.
• In-depth technical knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Familiar with Australian and international standards for electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common engineering tools.
• Self–motivated and able to work effectively both independently and in a team.
