.net Tech Lead

Akkodis is seeking an .net Tech Lead for a Contract with a client in Medina, OH. You will lead the design and implementation of high‑performance .NET solutions that support large‑scale enterprise environments.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• net Tech Lead job responsibilities include:
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of cloud‑native .NET microservices and RESTful APIs at enterprise scale.
• Architect scalable, resilient, and secure backend solutions leveraging Kubernetes, Rabbit
  
  MQ, and Maria
  
  DB.
• Ensure production readiness by owning non‑functional requirements (performance, availability, observability, scalability).
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, technical standards, and best‑practice implementation across the team.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to influence design decisions and align technical solutions with business goals.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues, optimize application performance, and oversee secure practices including OAuth2/OIDC and secrets management.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands‑on industry experience).
• 10+ years of software engineering experience delivering cloud‑native and enterprise‑scale .NET platforms.
• Deep hands‑on expertise in .NET microservices, RESTful APIs, Kubernetes, Maria
  
  DB, and messaging systems like Rabbit
  
  MQ, with strong ownership of performance, availability, and scalability.
• Strong grounding in security frameworks (OAuth2/OIDC, RBAC/ABAC), secrets management, and production readiness, along with the ability to influence architectural decisions across teams.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
