Personal Lines Producer

Seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) professional with a passion for sales and a proven ability to build strong client relationships. You will play a key role in the real estate division, working with leads generated through a real estate partner. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work remotely one day per week.

• Base Salary
  : $45,000 - $55,000 annually

  Potential to earn $0 - $2,500 in additional bonuses each month.

• Proactively reach out to leads provided by a real estate partner via phone, text, and email.
• Collect necessary client information, prepare quotes, and close sales.
• Transition sold accounts to the service team for ongoing management.
• Maintain a high level of activity and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Licenses
  :
  Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience
  :
  Minimum of 1+ years in insurance sales; 3+ years preferred.

  • Strong closing skills with the ability to overcome objections.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and managing high activity levels.
  • Highly organized and process-driven.
