The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $16.00 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $16.00 USD - $24.00 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and engage with them to solve needs.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Inform guests about current and upcoming brand launches, store activities and events.
• Know and discuss the benefits of Target Loyalty programs; assist with enrollment as needed. Be familiar with all fulfillment services and direct guests to enroll, activate, and use them.
• Explain how to use Wallet and other Target App features to guests.
• Handle returns by following register prompts and collaborating with leadership as needed.
• De-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience in line with Target policies and procedures.
• Provide easy and accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours while remaining available for guests.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive Up, and related returns while complying with applicable laws and policies.
• Assist with cash office processes as needed, including management of cash systems.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations and cash transactions; support cash office as needed.
• Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance.
• Flexibility to pick up shifts (nights, weekends, holidays) to meet store needs.
• Must be able to work in varying temperatures and environments; mobile for the duration of a shift.
